OUR STORY

Selfridge Schnauzers grew from Tim and Eduardo’s shared passion for grooming and obedience. Tim’s foundational devotion established the core values of our program, which Eduardo now preserves and advances. We remain dedicated to correct conformation, structural integrity, and temperament. By prioritizing health and well-being while sharing our expertise with others, we honor the standards and heritage that define each dog.

At the heart of this kennel is a philosophy that honors correct conformation and sound structure as the foundation of every dog. Rooted in Tim’s vision and a shared devotion to the breed, we view these companions as family first. By focusing on spirited temperament and overall well-being, we carry their collective knowledge forward, dedicated to mentoring others and raising healthy, loyal Miniature Schnauzers.

VETERINARY EXPERTISE

Rosa Moreno, DVM

Rosa plays a vital role at Selfridge Schnauzers, utilizing her clinical degrees in Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) to advocate for our dogs. By overseeing nutrition and reproduction, she ensures our program prioritizes the health and vitality of every puppy through thoughtful care.

Working from her clinical and diagnostic facilities in Mexico, Rosa facilitates our international show engagements and provides veterinary oversight for our breeding lines. Her evidence-based approach and biological expertise support our commitment to canine health, ensuring a high standard of care for the Miniature Schnauzer legacy.

Honoring Our Mentors

Our growth has been profoundly shaped by the wisdom of seasoned guardians of this breed. Through the thoughtful guidance of mentors like Carma Ewer, we have refined a philosophy centered on correct conformation and sound skeletal structure. This collaborative spirit ensures our program remains dedicated to the temperament and holistic well-being that define the Selfridge Schnauzers legacy.
